What are the Safelist Rules?
Most Safelists that are in this System are NOT owned by SunnEagle Submit but have similar safelist rules as below:
(You should read each safelist's rules for more info)

  • NO flaming or foul language to other members
  • No Adult Oriented Messages
  • No Porn, Adult, Gambling, Illegal Or Warez Sites
  • No Auto-Responders
  • NO Full mailboxes or bounces -- immediate removal -- NO REFUND!
  • You agree to receive Safelist Mail from other members, PSA, and Administration Messages.
  • You may NOT reply to a member's message with another ad
  • No Scams or chain letters

    • You can not use an email address that requires that the safelist owners or the submitter owner has to verify our email address. Your account will not get validated and your account will be deleted for inactivity.

    We do NOT ALLOW the FOLLOWING email addresses, as your subscribe or contact email.

    Please be aware that many safelists will not allow yahoo.com or hotmail.com, but we feel it is better to ban an individual rather than an entire domain.

    These subjects are NOT allowed when posting your ads. We feel these are misleading and very un-professional. If you DO send an email using any of these subjects or similiar, you WILL be removed immediately.

    General Policy
    SunnEagle Submit general policy is to act as a provider of access for the safelists in this system. SunnEagle Submit reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Client's access to any or all services provided by SunnEagle Submit when SunnEagle Submit decides that the account has been in appropriately used.

    SunnEagle Submit forbids anyone from using our services for tracking any URL's that contains anything illegal, pornographic, racist or abusive. AND for Sending Ads to the Safelists in this system that contain illegal, pornographic, racist or abusive.

    Payment Policies
    Client agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Client's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. SunnEagle Submit reserves the right to change prices at any time (this applies ONLY to New members). Payments are presently set up to be paid via PayPal or StormPay.

    Affiliate Program
    All commissions are paid when Member reaches the minimum amount and will be paid with Paypal or StormPay. You may find Promotional Banners in the Affiliate Area and view the stats of your earnings. You will receive recurring commissions on a monthly basis as long as your Downline remains a paid member.

    Cancellation - NO REFUNDS

    Right To Refuse Service
    SunnEagle Submit reserves the right to cancel service at any time to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.

    Lawful Purpose
    Clients that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SunnEagle Submit for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.

    Password Protection
    Client is responsible for all use of their Client's account(s) and confidentially of password(s). SunnEagle Submit will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.

    Disclaimer
    SunnEagle Submit will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. SunnEagle Submit cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. SunnEagle Submit reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

    Client understands that SunnEagle Submit services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.

    Client understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Client will be notified in advance via e-mail. SunnEagle Submit shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.

    Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
